BUSINESS MANAGER- Deb Knarr
Handles the following aspects of the parish: administrator for accounting/Parishsoft and FamilySuite, Vanco e-giving and parish donation recording, purchasing and a/p, payroll/Kronos, personnel, budget preparation/monitoring in collaboration with the Parish Finance Council, Diocesan insurance regulation/implementation as well as oversees the money counters and is the background screening coordinator. Acts as parish webmaster.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – Ann Martin
Answers phones and greets the public, distributes mail, updates ministry/monthly calendar, schedules events for the parish facilities, prepares and sends bulletin each week, mails bulletin to homebound, registers new parishioners and keeps registrations current, prepares special services worship aides and ministry mass mailings. Assists Pastor with funeral arrangements and substitute clergy.
FAITH FORMATION COORDINATOR – Nadine McGrady
Plans and coordinates Faith Formation of Adults and Children. Prepares and facilitates programs for the Sacraments of Initiation and Reconciliation. Participates in Regional and Diocesan programs. Coordinates the religious goods sales cabinet.
YOUTH MINISTRY LEADER-
Plans and coordinates local, regional and diocesan youth activities, retreats and socials with the parish youth. Plans and prepares program for Confirmation.
DIRECTOR OF MUSIC MINISTRY – Kitty Witty
Plans and coordinates music for all Liturgies and special services.
Conducts the 10:30 AM choir.
CUSTODIAN – Rosa Rodriguez
Cleans and maintains the appearance of our facilities.
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR – Gary Dietz
Oversees the maintenance and repair of the grounds and facilities, contracts with vendors for services, ensures Diocesan safety guidelines.
